Tahini sauce

1/2 cup tahini ( sesame seed paste)
3 cloves crushed garlic
1/2 tsp salt
2 Tbs olive oil
1/4 cup lemon juice

Mix mix mix
If too thick add water until the right consistency
Serve with falafel.
Refigerate leftovers and use on sandwiches
