Zucchini Bread

3 eggs
1 cup salad oil
2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Beat these ingredients together

Then add

2 cups grated peeled zucchini
3 cups flour
3 teaspoons cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon soda
1 teaspoon baking powder

Bake 325 F for 50 minutes in two loaf tins
